2005 Hargrave 96' Skylounge - For Sale with HMY Yachts

Good afternoon, I'm Rick Young with HMY Yachts. Welcome to the 2005 Hargrave Skylounge called Awesome Dream. We're going to do a walk through today, so come on aboard. We start up here on the aft sundeck with dual access up to the aft deck. We also have access into the engine room right here. We've got storage underneath here, as well as the dinghy that comes with the boat right here. And behind me up above, you'll see where we've got the davit to pick it up with. The aft deck of Awesome Dream has a great first impression with a full dinette, four chairs, along with a settee in the back. On the right-hand side, you'll see the staircase that takes you up to the bridge, as well as the sliding glass door that will let you automatically go in and out. It also has a fridge and freezer, along with a pass-through area to put food and cocktails outside. Up on the upper aft deck here, you'll find the davit that'll pull up your inflatable, chocks for it to sit in. Over here on the port side, we've got a barbecue grill right outside the hot tub. As you move forward, you'll also find we've got a bar area with seats, along with a huge dinette off to the left. If it's a little hot and sunny, there's actually a full bimini that goes over the top of this and connects to these poles. Up here on the bow, you've got the new style of a front living room. Even though it's a 2005, you've got sun pads up here, seats up here. Behind me, you've got the windlass, along with cleats for all your lines. As you enter the salon area, you notice a few very key things that pop out at you. First off, it's a 96-foot boat, but because it's really known as a wide body, it goes all the way with the width as far as the beam, therefore adding a lot of extra space inside. That's why we get a full bar over here on the port side, a full entertainment system here, entertainment area, and a full settee that goes all the way around. Along with forward, we'll get into the dinette area. The dinette area here has plenty of seating for six people, beautiful chandelier, a place for your artwork, along with a day head on this main level. On the starboard side, there's also access through the spiral staircase to the upper bridge. Welcome to the galley, or as we call in this Hargrave, the country kitchen, with a lot of amenities. Brand new hard surface countertops, along with a wine fridge, an ice maker, a stove, and this really nice banquette for breakfast in the morning. Here we're actually in the crew quarter of this 96 Hargrave. It boasts a crew quarter that even a 110 doesn't usually have. It's got three bunks and a full bed, along with washer and dryer, and a full shower head down here. As you descend the staircase into the companionway to the forward part of the boat, you'll find at first two staterooms. One on your left-hand side has a Pullman bunk and an ensuite head. The other one has a queen bed along with an ensuite head. And of course, forward, we have a full VIP with ensuite head as well. Down here in the owner suite, you'll see that the decorations from upstairs in the main salon carries through on the bedspread. We've also got his and her closets forward, along with a TV entertainment. Behind me, you've got access to a full beam head with heads on both sides, his and her, a shower, along with a tub in the middle. One of the most unique parts of this 96 Hargrave is it has a skylounge skybridge. Up here, completely enclosed, air conditioned for travel to the Bahamas where you are out of the weather and out of the humidity. Forward, we have the captain's helm chairs too, recovered stid seats, along with a full array of electronics. We do have onboard stabilizers along with bow thruster control from up here. That along with the settee for you to sit and entertain on your travels across the Gulfstream. From here at the helm, you've got great control over the heartbeat of this boat, which is two Caterpillar C30 engines with 3,500, 3,600 hours on it. Down in the engine room also, you've got brand new generators. You've got access to all of your equipment, a workroom, and an engine room that has been completely cleaned and refurbished in the last 12 months.
