Viking Yachts
66 Convertible
2012–18
The best-selling yacht in her class, the Viking 66 Convertible combines the builder’s traditionally aggressive profile with every high-end feature a tournament angler could possibly desire. Entering the main salon through the electrically actuated door, the vast teak interior is dominated by a huge island galley forward with bar stools, granite countertops, and under-counter drawer refrigeration. Aft, an L-shaped sofa is strategically placed to view the 40 inch flat screen TV that rises from the teak cabinetry. A dinette is set to starboard, and a walk-in pantry provides storage. A day head is to port, just inside the cockpit door. Below, each of the four staterooms has its own private head with stall shower. The master suite, with its queen-size berth flanked with end tables, includes his-and-hers hanging lockers. Crew quarters include private access to the engine room. Note the companionway laundry center. Topside, the center-console flybridge includes three helm chairs, side and forward lounge seating, and a freezer. Mezzanine seating overlooks the 174 square foot cockpit and insulated fish boxes, freezer space and tackle storage are standard. MTU V16 2000 engines reach over 40 knots top.
