4800 Sport Yacht
2018–20
The Riviera 4800 is a two-stateroom, two-head cruising yacht with a single-level main deck and pod drive propulsion. Her sleek profile features contemporary hull windows to brighten the interior and a hydraulic boarding platform for launching and retrieving a tender. Stepping up from the platform, the cockpit features a forward-facing bench seat aft, portside wet bar and, to starboard, an adjustable table that converts to a sun pad. The rear bulkhead is a sliding glass door set in a stainless steel frame. The galley is aft in the salon where it’s easily accessed from the cockpit. Across from the galley, to starboard, is an elevated C-shaped dining lounge. A sunroof allows natural lighting and ventilation, and the helm is located to port with the staircase down to the accommodations on the right. Below, an atrium area at the base of the steps includes a convertible L-shaped sofa. Opposite is the day head with space for a washer/dryer. The master stateroom with island berth is forward and the aft guest stateroom has three single berths. The tender garage is located under the cockpit and accessed via a hydraulically operated door. Twin 600hp Volvo IPS 800 pod drives cruise at 26 knots (low 30s top).
