Regulator
25
2015–Current
Heavily built, seaworthy and beaujpgully styled, the Regulator 25 is an updated version of the classic Regulator 26 of which over 1,500 were built. With slightly increased beam, the 25 has more cockpit space than her predecessor while also eliminating the step up going forward that characterized the deck plan of the 26. The Regulator 25 incorporates an Armstrong bracket which the company has used on many of its models. The forward seating comes with plush cushions standard and eight cup holders beneath the recessed bow rail. A fiberglass table between the bow seats lowers to become a casting deck, and the seats themselves all drain overboard so they can double as fish boxes. The 25 CC is equipped with a full range of fishing amenities including a 46-gallon transom livewell/fish box, an in-deck fishbox, gunnel rodholders and abundant storage. In addition, there’s a 64-quart cooler in the console seat and a standard head within the console. Rear seating along the transom folds away for access to the livewell. Regulator does not count the bracket in naming models so the actual length overall is 30 feet with bracket and engines. Yamaha F200s — the only engines offered — reach 45 knots.
