27 XS

The Cape Horn 27 XS is a deep-V center console from a company steeped in tradition. Thirty years of refinement and innovation and a no-nonsense approach to offshore fishing has made Cape Horn a respected brand with South Florida anglers. Cape Horn boats may not be as cosmetically finished as a Pursuit of Grady-White, but structurally and functionally they are exceptional boats. Construction details are state of the art using marine composites and no wood. Every Cape Horn hull is pressure-filled with closed-cell foam that quiets the ride, adds sjpgfness to the hull, and makes every Cape Horn absolutely unsinkable. The 27 XS offers many of the great features and amenities found in the larger Cape Horn 31 in a more manageable package. The sheerline of the boat is particularly distinctive and the forward seating layout is useful when family cruising is on the agenda. A 42-gallon livewell is built into the back of the leaning post, and the XS sports a total of 25 rodholders. The seven-foot fish box is huge with 700 quarts of capacity. Twin Yamaha F200 outboards reach a top speed of nearly 50 knots.
