Another unforgettable Princess Owners Holiday is in the books, and this year's summer gathering in beautiful Block Island, Rhode Island, once again showcased what makes the Princess community so special.
Hosted at Champlin's Marina & Resort from July 23-26, Princess owners, their families, and guests came together for four days of cruising, waterfront celebrations, friendly competition, and lasting friendships. With over 30 Princess yachts filling the marina, the event transformed Block Island into a vibrant destination where owners could reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new members to the family, and enjoy everything the island has to offer.
A Warm Welcome to Block Island

The festivities began with owners arriving throughout Thursday, greeted with mudslides and hospitality before heading to the iconic Spring House overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. As guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn followed by dinner with panoramic ocean views, it was the perfect opportunity to kick off another incredible Owners Holiday and celebrate the start of an unforgettable weekend.
Activities for Every Interest
One of the highlights of every Princess Owners Holiday is the variety of activities designed to bring owners together both on and off the water.
Guests had the opportunity to compete in a spirited pickleball tournament, explore Block Island by scooter, test their creativity during the always-entertaining "Not So Royal" cardboard regatta, and learn the art of crafting beautiful charcuterie boards. Whether participating in competitions or simply enjoying time with fellow owners, there was something for everyone throughout the weekend.

Saturday continued the excitement with educational seminars led by Captain Frank Nicolois covering yacht owner seamanship essentials, alongside a needlepoint class, a lively pool party, remote-control boat races, and the annual Princess egg toss, a tradition that never fails to bring plenty of laughs.

The Hunt for Hidden Glass Floats
A unique addition to this year's event was the Princess Owners Holiday Glass Float Hunt.
Inspired by Block Island's famous Glass Float Project, eight custom Princess-themed glass floats were hidden throughout the Champlin's property during the weekend. Owners explored the grounds searching for these one-of-a-kind keepsakes, adding an extra layer of fun and adventure to the festivities while celebrating one of Block Island's most beloved traditions.

Celebrating the Princess Community
Beyond the scheduled activities, what truly defines the Princess Owners Holiday is the camaraderie shared among owners.

Whether enjoying breakfast dockside, gathering around the pool, exchanging cruising stories, or relaxing aboard their yachts, the weekend was filled with opportunities to connect with fellow owners who share a passion for life on the water. It's these moments, both planned and spontaneous, that continue to make the Owners Holiday one of the most anticipated events on the Princess calendar.
The celebration concluded Saturday evening with a traditional New England clam bake featuring live entertainment, prizes, a photo slideshow, and one final evening spent together before owners prepared for their journeys home.

Until Next Time
As the fleet departed Block Island on Sunday morning, owners left with more than just memories of a beautiful destination—they departed with new friendships, shared experiences, and an even stronger connection to the Princess community.
Events like the Princess Owners Holiday are a reminder that owning a Princess Yacht is about more than exceptional craftsmanship and performance. It's about becoming part of a community that values adventure, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences together.
