- 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM -Tournament check-in and late registration
- 7:00 PM - Captain's Meeting - Captains MUST attend! (Manatee Room)
- 7:30 PM - Pirate's Welcome Reception - Cocktail Party and hors d'oeuvres
Friday, December 2
- 7:00 AM - Checkout begins, boats must checkout out with Committee Boat
- 8:00 AM - Lines in
- 3:00 PM - Lines out
- 4:30 PM - Deadline for boats to check-in with Committee Boat
- 5:30 PM - Deadline for boats to deliver tournament log
- 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM - Open Bar (Wristbands required)
