Aviara Boats is a luxury fiberglass day boat brand introduced in 2019 by MasterCraft Boat Holdings, drawing on MasterCraft's production experience to build premium open-layout day boats with European-inspired styling. The model range centers on the AV32, AV36, and AV40 — roughly 32 to 40 feet — with a smaller AV28S watersports model added later. Production used MasterCraft's Vonore, Tennessee plant for early builds before moving to a dedicated facility in Merritt Island, Florida, a former Sea Ray plant of more than 140,000 square feet. In October 2024, MarineMax, Inc. acquired the Aviara brand through its Cruisers Yachts subsidiary, and MasterCraft exited the luxury day boat segment; the Merritt Island facility closed as part of the asset exchange.
