I'm Dave Berard with HMY Yacht Sales. We're on the vessel Off Duty, which is a 78 Marlow Explorer. Very user friendly. Probably one of the focus points on the boat is for everyone to be outside and enjoying the outdoors. There's been over $1.3 million in updates done to this boat. It started in 2012 and it's gone through till 2016. They first started with refairing and painting the hull. Brand new davit on the back of it has access to having a motorcycle hauler through a small boat mounted on the back deck. The galley area and the pilot house all combined together. It's all been redone also. We have new stove, all new freezers, refrigerators, and new teak put on the boat. We have four staterooms forward. There's a full beam master. The his and hers on the master stateroom is very nice. It has a shower in the center and then you have his and her heads with their separate sinks and there's plenty of storage and very beautiful down below as far as accommodations there. And then all the way forward is the VIP that has a queen size bed. Off to the port side there's twin bunks. Starboard side is a single bed. In the rear of the boat you have a cruise quarters. Now we're on the flybridge and on the flybridge we have all new electronics, Garmin displays. There's new TV. The 10 cylinder MTU motors, M93 generation. All the mechanical stuff was completely redone in the engine room. Pretty much everything on this boat has been gone through and revamped to better than new condition. Thanks for joining us here on Off Duty. If you're interested in seeing any more details please look at HMY.com.
