Hi, this is Rob Spano from HMY Yacht Sales. Today we're at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. We're going to be taking a look at a hull number one of the 54 Convertible, the newest model out of Viking Yachts. Starting back here in the transom, you've got the dual purpose live well fish box with your cutting board starboard application here underneath. Scuppers are threaded for your on-deck live well discharge. You've got your flush mounted rod holders. You've got the two in-deck fish boxes, port and starboard. This beautiful release marine rocket launcher, centerpiece of the fishing action here in the 54. As you can tell, the cockpit on here is easily going to accommodate four to six anglers at any time. This is going to be a serious white marlin sail fishing boat. I can see it on the east coast of Florida. Here in the mezzanine, we've got a lot of refrigeration. Underneath the seat, you've got a freezer. You've got your bait box here in the step, as well as a drink box here center. The engine room access through the center hatch. Just wanted to show you guys the size of this gyro hatch. It really allows you to get in here and perform any maintenance necessary. Also access your rudder posts, steering rams, bilge pumps. You can see we've already plumbed for the on-deck live well supply system that's going to go on this boat with those additional seacocks there. We're going to go up to the bridge now and take a look at the helm on this 54. As we come up onto the bridge, I want to point out the Parrot triple spreader RUP outriggers that are on this 54 with the heavy duty big rig back bar. It's going to give you extra support when you're running hard. One of the reasons I love fishing on a boat this size is you can tell when you're standing behind the helm of this 54, you've got all the electronics and all your switches within arm's reach. You're not having to come down off a pedestal and reach for things. You've got your two large Garmin displays as well as a Garmin display up top here, your engine readouts. All your switching right here on this flush mounted panel. Very clean, neat, easy to read. This boat is rigged out with the release helm chairs, contour series. There's plenty of seating up here, port and starboard. You've got these long bench seats as well as some nice comfortable seating in front of the helm here with your drink holders. You also have the two backrests port and starboard, which make for a nice lounging spot while running. I do believe this boat is going to end up being a fisherman's dream. To showcase that, HMI has taken this hull number one. We're going to demonstrate its fishing capabilities during this winter as we fish all the local sail fishing tournaments here in South Florida. I'm excited about fishing in all these tournaments and getting to showcase the boat. This boat was built with a custom package from Palm Beach Towers. Up here you've got your controls, your instruments, as well as drink holders, start and stop buttons. You can see on the port radio box, we've got a nice Garmin display. We've also got your fresh water wash down spigot up here. Make it easier at the end of the day instead of dragging the hose up the ladder. Nice blackout matte black finish on the buggy top as well as the top of the console to help with cutting down that glare while you're out here trying to spot fish. First impressions of walking into the galley and the salon area here in the 54 is you notice the beam. At over 17.5 feet wide, there's plenty of room in here, a lot of seating. You've got a nice L couch here to the port side, two bar stools. Over here on the, immediately to right, you've got your liquor cabinet and storage as well as your breaker panel. Moving forward here, you've got your settee, nice seating area for three or four guests. There's also a large TV that's visible from anywhere seating here in the salon area. Moving into the galley, there's a four burner stove top as well as a convection microwave. You've got lots of pullout storage and drawers here. Nice backsplash here with the tile mosaics as well as lots of storage on the counter. Over here, you've got your four sub-zero drawers, two are refrigerated, two are freezers. And then you also have a nice trash can here that's pullout on rollers, conveniently located. Right here at the bottom of the stairs, starting on the companionway is a stackable full-size washer and dryer. Up here in the bow of the 54 is the VIP stateroom, which features the crossover berth. Located underneath both bunks, you do have lift-up storage, which does provide areas for spare parts or filters. You do have independent air conditioning control as well as satellite TV controls in each stateroom. The forward VIP crossover does share its head with the starboard side bunk room. The starboard head does feature a full-size walk-in shower with a hinged glass door. The third stateroom on the 54 is a huge bonus for anybody looking for extra space to accommodate the kids, friends, relatives, or even the occasional crew while embarking on tournament or travel situations. The owners will really appreciate the spacious master stateroom with its light and bright interior, roomy accommodations, and an entertainment system that's really going to let you enjoy your downtime. The master stateroom also has a hanging locker with additional storage below with some pullout drawers, as well as a full-size head that features a walk-in shower. The engine room on the 54 is a sight to behold. The centerpiece are these 12-cylinder MAN 1550 horsepower engines, which are going to push this boat to a comfortable mid-30 knot cruise. With the conservative fuel burn on these engines and over 1500 gallons of fuel with the third optional tank, the 54 is going to give you that sense of comfort with its increased range capable of getting you to those extended destinations from port to port. So that's a wrap on our tour today on the 54 convertible. We're down here at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Stop by the booth and take a look. If you see us out on the tournament trail and you want to come by the dock, take a look at the boat. Stop on by, look it up. My name is Rob Spano with HMI Yacht Sales. Thanks for joining us today. Bye.
