Hi, I'm Eddie Montserrat with HMY Yachts and today we're here at the 2020 Miami Yacht Show. We're aboard the all-new 50X Okian Yachts. This vessel has unique features that no other 50-foot boat has on the market. And I can't wait to give you this exclusive tour on this one-of-a-kind motor yacht. Let's start today's walkthrough making our way up from the transom to the aft deck. You'll immediately notice Okian's attention to detail with this beautiful Brazilian teak sole. Rearrangeable furniture gives guests complete control over the seating possibilities. The 14-foot 7-beam can be expanded to just under 21 feet by opening up the gunnels. This gives the aft deck the open-up-your-world feel that Okian Yachts pride themselves on. To pair comfort with performance, the 50X is powered by twin Volvo Penta D8 IPS 700s, giving you an output of 550 horsepower each. She is also stocked with a Cummins Onan 13.5 kW generator and a SeaKeeper 6 gyro stabilizer. Put together, she'll comfortably cruise at 21 knots and give you a max speed of 27 knots. Making our way forward to the aft deck is our L-shaped galley with Corian counters. You have everything you need behind a countertop space, from glass-top stove and sink to microwave, fridge, and ice maker. As we make our way inside of the salon area, you see how the inside showcases a premium interior that balances exceptional beauty with casual comfort. Here we see the salon flooring, which consists of natural teak laminate. Portside, we have an L-shaped couch with sliding storage cabinets underneath. On the starboard side, you have a cabinet with beautiful leather-wrapped doors. Inside the cabinet houses a 49-inch LED TV mounted on a high-low lift. We'll make our way to the helm station. This is where you'll find all the navigation equipment you need to get to your destination safely. Here we have two 12-inch Simrad GPS maps, a helmsman gyro compass, Volvo IPS joystick control, bow thruster control, and a zip wake trim tab control. At the helm chair, looking aft, you'll have a clear 360 view of everything happening both on and off the vessel. Making our way down the winding stairs towards the staterooms, you'll find that Okean is skillful in taking full advantage of the space given. Forward is the VIP with a queen berth equipped with underneath hinged storage. This VIP shares a jack and jill head and shower with the port guest stateroom. In this stateroom, you have a double bed with bunk and foam mattress. As we make our way aft toward the master stateroom, notice the removable bound carpet with padding over finished flooring. Here in the master stateroom, we have a diagonally facing walk-around queen-size bed with hinged storage underneath. This stateroom gives the privacy and comfort any owner would require. On the port side, we have a full vanity with drawers and shelf storage. Forward of the bed is the entrance to the private ensuite head. The immaculate details don't go unnoticed, bringing back the elegant Corian countertops, natural teak flooring, comfortable shower seating, and finished with a beautiful backdrop. Wrapping up this tour, the walk around towards the bow makes it safe with forward side decks and polished handrails. At the bow, we have sun lounge pad with adjustable backrest and drink holders. Finally, making our way upstairs towards the flybridge, you have a sun lounge forward and starboard side of the helm console with vinyl-covered foam cushions perfect for sunbathing. All of the electronics and equipment found up here are the same as the lower helm. You can also enjoy sunset cruises up here with your icebox and fully insulated cooling box.
