Captain Glenn Clyatt's Bio: Born in Miami, Florida, Glenn Clyatt is a lifelong boater, diver and fisherman. After studying Construction Management at Florida State University, Glenn decided to follow his heart to becoming a full timer fisherman. Glenn went on to obtain his United States Coast Guard 100 ton Master Marine Merchant license.
Glenn has been involved in the marine industry for over 30 years and has built strong relationships with those within the industry. Glenn owned his own charter fishing company for 15 years so he is well versed in the cost and experiences of owing a yacht. With his extensive industry experience, knowledge about yachts, especially sportfishing boats, Glenn understands the needs and wants of clients and works for them before, during and after a deal.

My name is Glenn Cliet. I'm a yacht broker at HMY Yachts. From the inception, Ocean Reef started off as a fishing village. They have private airstrip, golf courses, tennis everywhere. And it has grown to what it is now, a world-class community that is second to none. Our office is on site. We offer full brokerage services. If we're not in the office, we're on property. We're a phone call away. I've been behind the wheel of a boat for 30 years. I can drive them. I can paint them. I can fix them. I can catch fish on them. Or I can wax them, which I prefer not to do any of that anymore. What's not to like when you get to get up every morning, drive down to Ocean Reef, come inside the club, and sell toys to big kids? We have Viking Yachts, Princess. We have Cruiser Yachts. Our newest boat that we're excited about is the 37 Billfish. You can get out of the elements. It's comfortable. It's big. You have a full-size stateroom, a full-size head, full-size shower. And it's a Viking. We're a huge company, and we network daily. I can blast out something to 45 brokers and get an answer generally within 30 minutes. And that's invaluable. Look at our website, and it tells you all you need to know about our footprint in the industry marketing wise. Why would you want to go anywhere else when you can get that kind of full service? We've had success over the years in all of the tournaments. There's several charity tournaments here. There's obviously the Reef Cup. Hundreds of sails and mahis and kingfish.
