Hi, my name is Jason Norcross at HMY Yacht Sales, and today we're going to show you the experience of buying a new boat through HMY. When the word that Valhalla was coming out with a new boat, the two buyers were immediately on it, and Scott and Dan had owned multiple large center consoles over the years. And this deal came together really, really fast, literally in 24 hours. And in fact, they not only bought one, but they bought two. So the process begins with working with the clients to pick out all the different options that they want to customize on their Valhalla. From there, we took multiple trips to boat shows. That way we could really see what these options look like on the boats themselves. Kind of came up with a list, and then it's time to actually build your boat. So we ended up taking multiple trips to the factory to see the build when the boat was coming out of the mold and when the engines were hung. The next step in the process is when the boat was delivered from New Jersey to Riviera Beach and landed at the Viking Service Center in Palm Beach Towers location. That is where the tower and hardtop were put on the boat and all the AME electronics were wired and installed. Here we are at Palm Beach Towers in the Viking Service Center. The boat is in the middle of getting its tower and electronics package put on. It might not look like much now, but just wait two weeks. The boat gets really torn apart. You have four or five workers on the boat all day long for weeks at a time. There are many advantages of buying a new Viking or Valhalla through HMY, but one of them is when you're in our territory in South Florida, the Viking Service Center, Palm Beach Towers and AME electronics are all located right here in Riviera Beach. So being able to go there and look at other boats that are coming through the line with your broker, you can really pick and choose all the custom options and do it in an educated way. All right, we're here on delivery day for the V41 Valhalla. As you can see, the boat has been through a major transformation since the last time we saw it. And that's the benefit of dealing with HMY and Valhalla is you have a whole team of people working on the boat through the delivery process to make sure that the boat is in absolute perfect condition. Delivery day is a unique experience for HMY customers as you have multiple layers of the team that are all there. The HMY sales professional is always there to be there for the clients in case anything is needed along the way. So we can communicate that back to our HMY service team or Valhalla boat sales directly. When you buy a new boat, electronics are an important part of the package. And today, as technology is evolving ever so quickly, it's really nice to have an electronics expert there on delivery day. Like right now, this radar doesn't have any overlay. This one does. If you set up the overlay on this screen and then you pull up nav chart on this one, you have to set up this one as well. They're all independent. On this particular day, we had AME electronics representative there to go through all the electronics package. We had Valhalla boat sales, Chris Gallagher there to take our clients from the bow of the boat all the way through every system of the vessel. Down underneath here, that's your access for your bow thruster. Another advantage for HMY buyers is having access to the HMY service team to really be on call to do anything you may need for your boat. Now it's the best part. It's the sea trial. Growing up in South Florida, I've been on pretty much every center console that's ever been made. And I got to say, the Valhalla 41 is the most beautiful center console I have ever seen in my life. This boat was designed to have a seakeeper integrated into the hull. And that's a really nice feature to find on a center console. All the different details on the boat from the teak tow rail to the upholstery, the way that the console is designed, the pro curved glass. On this package, we had three Garmin screens that fit perfectly in the center console. We also have Garmin electronics up on the tower as well. I mean, it just goes on and on and on. Every little detail is pretty much perfect. One of the most unique features of this build is obviously the full gap tower. When you have a tower on a center console, it has many advantages for both fishing, operation, and especially diving in the Bahamas. Your view and your perspective on the water completely changes. You can spot fish through the glare of the water much easier and definitely is an advantage when you're over in the islands spotting reefs and coral heads. Well, the performance of these V41 Valhallas is really off the charts. This package had the quad 400 Verados for engines. This boat likes to cruise between 45 and 53 miles an hour and will top out at 70 miles an hour. It really likes to move. You know, one of my favorite things about working with my clients is actually taking the boats out and seeing how they perform. We got to get out there and really test and dial in this V41 Valhalla. And we were hitting speeds of 68, 69 miles an hour while we were up in the tower. And it was a lot of fun. At HMY, we sell four different new boat brands. We sell Viking, we sell Princess, Valhalla, and Okean Yachts. And our overall goal is to make the experience so amazing for our clients that they're going to want to come back and do it all over again.
