Hi, I'm Rob Bowman, Director of Marketing for HMY Yacht Sales. As 2016 comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank our clients for their business. HMY will close more than 475 yachts this year for a total value of over $400 million. We appreciate your business and want to wish you a very happy holidays. This week, we want to take a look at five of our brokerage yachts that are currently on the market. First up is Excellence 4, a 2014 Pershing 92 motor yacht that has been kept in remarkable condition by one of the most well-known yacht owners in the world. With engines up to 2600 horsepower and the use of surface propellers, gives Excellence 4 an extremely sporty performance with a top speed of 43 knots. And she's got tons of upgrades, including an extended warranty on the engines. Visit HMY.com slash Excellence to see the full video and list of options. She is currently listed at $8.4 million. Next up is Loftfull, a 2005 Mangusta 72 currently located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Loftfull is a three-stateroom boat with berths for seven plus separate crew quarters for two people. There's a large sun pad on the aft deck as well as on the foredeck, which creates plenty of room to sunbathe and relax. This yacht was built to U.S. specifications with 60 hertz power throughout. She has been completely serviced and is in turnkey condition. She is currently listed at $1.295 million. For you sportfish enthusiasts out there, we have one of the most stunning Vikings on the market. China Time is a 2012 70-foot Viking enclosed bridge that has had the benefit of being professionally maintained and serviced by the crew at the Viking service center in Riviera Beach. She has twin 2600 horsepower MTU engines with 3600 hours. She has a full complement of factory and custom options, making her a very attractive boat. Currently located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she is listed at $3.89 million. Tycoon is one of the most visually stunning yachts on the market with her dark metallic gray paint job and bright red sun pads. This 2010 Pershing 64 had a complete refit in 2015, so her condition is pristine. Tycoon has MAN 1550 engines, which offers fantastic performance of 44 knots. The layout is great. It has tons of natural light in the master stateroom and everybody staying on the boat will be very comfortable with the three stateroom, three head layout. You can't talk about Tycoon without mentioning the stereo and light system. The custom sound system by Waves and Wheels rocks 80,000 watts. And if that doesn't turn heads, the custom lights will certainly do it. Tycoon is located in West Palm and is currently listed at $1.79 million. Our fifth featured boat this month is a great opportunity on a very popular sportfish convertible. The 2009 Viking Yacht 60 comes with CAT C32A 1,800 horsepower engines with just over 3,200 hours. The engines are still under warranty until July 2018 or 4,730 hours. The three stateroom, three head layout allows everyone on board to be comfortable in their own accommodations. The custom tuna tower from Palm Beach Towers is a great addition to the boat that any avid fisherman needs to have. Currently located in Stewart, Florida, she is listed at $1.89 million. Don't forget to visit us online for more information on the upcoming boat shows and the Viking VIP event in February. From all of us at HMY, happy holidays.
