When you think Viking Yachts, you think luxury sportfisherman and that is exactly the concept upon which the 72 Enclosed Bridge was built. She offers a beautifully finished and inviting interior with plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The home away from home atmosphere indoors is the result of the J-shaped sofa in the salon, a U-shaped galley with custom granite countertops, crown molding on upper cabinetry and a large walk-in pantry forward. Four staterooms provide guests with plush overnight accommodations and each comes standard with a private head. Also coming standard on the Viking 72 EB is the convenient day head. A circular staircase leads to the enclosed bridge helm which serves as a second salon. The included L-shaped sofa, cocktail table, refrigeration and an entertainment center c setting the stage for a sociable journey while underway.

Hi, I'm Rob Spano with HMY Yacht Sales. Today we're on board this 2021 72 Enclosed Bridge. This boat's going to be on display at the Viking VIP event this week, which runs Thursday through Saturday. This is hull 42 of the 72 line, a very popular model. Come on aboard, let's take a look. As you can see, the cockpit on the 72 is a spacious area well suited to handle numerous anglers during a day of fishing. This boat is already outfitted with a beautiful teak cockpit and teak mezzanine deck. The mezzanine step houses refrigerator boxes for drinks and your rigged baits, while the mezzanine seat contains a large freezer box. The cockpit has two in-deck fish boxes and an additional large center hatch that houses the SeaKeeper 2600 and allows easy access into your lazarette. The large salon and galley area are trimmed out with the classic styling of the American walnut woodwork that runs throughout the boat. The U-shaped couch creates a great gathering spot with comfortable seating for six. The raised dinette has seating for four with an additional three barstools giving you the ability to entertain large groups. The Viking 72 sports a lengthy galley that houses all of today's conveniences and appliances, which also created ample amounts of countertop working space and an abundance of storage. Located directly off the galley is the pantry storage area that also doubles as a convenient rod and tackle storage area. Moving forward, we encounter a well-decorated companionway along with large linen closets and stackable washer and dryer. The master stateroom creates a warm and enticing atmosphere with its rich color tones and walnut cabinetry. The massive king-size bed is flanked by his and hers hanging lockers, dressers, and night tables. The forward bulkhead houses a generous entertainment system complete with a soundbar. The spacious ensuite in the master stateroom features a quartz countertop with a large walk-in shower. On the way to the forward VIP, you will find a guest room to port that features over-under bunks, a hanging storage locker, and a private head complete with a walk-in shower with glass bifold door. Guests staying in the spacious VIP will feel right at home on the queen island bed with the skylight above allowing tons of natural light inside during the day. The room also features a large hanging locker with additional cabinetry storage and entertainment system as well as a comfortable ensuite head. The crew on the 72 will feel spoiled with the spacious amount of living quarters they are given with the upper lower bunks, hanging locker, compact entertainment center, and their own private head. The crew will also enjoy the engine room access door that allows for easy entry to the machinery space and cockpit without disturbing the owners and their guests. The engine room on the 72 Viking will be considered a work of art to most people. The stand-up engine room space houses two MTU M96L 16-cylinder diesel engines which are rated at 2635 horsepower a piece giving this boat over 5200 horsepower and the ability to top out at over 45 knots. Atop the staircase from the salon you will find the enclosed bridge of the 72. There is also access from the cockpit via ladder from the mezzanine deck. The starboard aft wing station allows the captain to have an unobstructed line of sight into the cockpit while fighting fish or backing into the slip. A seating area for two allows for a bird's eye view of the fishing action in the cockpit or a good spot for your camera person to be located for those release videos of your caught fish. The enclosed bridge doubles as a second salon with its spacious L-couch and companion bench seating. The owner and guests will enjoy cruising or riding out to the fishing grounds in comfort with a dedicated entertainment system and sub-zero refrigeration drawers. The helm of the 72 enclosed bridge is decked out with an elaborate electronics package that leaves nothing to be desired. The three glass Zetronix display screens are able to display all possible inputs and configurations at the captain's fingertips. That concludes our walkthrough of the 2021 72 enclosed bridge.
