Hello, I'm Rob Spano from HMY Yacht Sales. Today we're going to do a walkthrough on this 2021 44 Viking Convertible. We're really excited about the new 850 horsepower MAN package that this boat has. Come on board, we'll take a look. This 2021 44 Convertible is a luxurious two-stateroom cruising yacht designed and built with all the industry-leading attributes of Viking's larger sportfishing boats. First, let's check out the cockpit. The cockpit on this 44 Convertible is dressed out with a beautiful teak cockpit and mezzanine. A large center hatch provides easy access to the SeaKeeper 6 gyro. Dual fish boxes on the port and starboard sides provide plenty of space for loading up on the meat fish, while refrigerated boxes in the mezzanine, step, and seat provide cold drinks or frozen goods for those long trips to the islands. The salon is a large, air-conditioned area with comfortable seating, dining, and socializing areas. Relax in the L-shaped lounge to starboard with a teak high-low table. Forward to port is a raised dinette and settee against a teak bulkhead with cabinetry and a 40-inch flat-screen television. The galley is equipped with all the conveniences of your modern-day home. The starboard galley is two steps down. Our space-saving split-level design allows for a Corian countertop with two barstools in the salon to increase seating and dining areas. The portside master stateroom is extremely comfortable with a queen-size walk-around bed with maple-lined storage below, night tables, and a maple-lined hanging locker with a 28-inch flat-screen TV and stereo speakers. The forward stateroom has a double and single berth in an over-and-under crossover arrangement. A second head and shower can be accessed from this stateroom or through a companionway door. The flybridge includes a center console walk-around helm with electronic storage, dual radio boxes, and an optional teak helm pod. Stepping down into the spacious engine room, you can see there's headroom here to stand between the 850-horsepower MAN engines. You have nice, easy access to the generator, watermaker, and any other components you may need to service in the engine room. Overall, the 44 Convertible checks all the boxes. It's a great stepping point for somebody coming up out of a center console that wants to have the accommodations and comfort of a larger sportfishing boat. That concludes our walkthrough today on this 2021 44 Convertible. As you can see, Viking has done a fabulous job of packing this boat full of all the accommodations and fishability that we normally see on the larger sportfishing boats.
