2021 Princess Yachts F45 [Walkthrough]

Hi, I'm Simon Graham, Princess Product Specialist with HMY Yachts. Today we're on this beautiful F45 2021 Princess. Jump on and we'll check it out. At the rear of the boat, we have a hydraulic swim platform that is capable of holding a tender up to 440 pounds. Built into the aft section of the seating, you'll find a wet bar and a grill. In the cockpit area of this F45, you'll find an L-shaped seating area. What's unique about the cockpit on the F45 is the electrical sliding transom seating arrangement that extends the length of the cockpit area to maximize space. As you enter the salon through the triple opening stainless steel frame sliding doors, you'll notice the galley with a three-burner cooktop, convection microwave and oven, a deep stainless steel sink, ice maker, and plenty of storage. And to your right, you'll have Dometic fridge and freezer combo. Plenty of additional storage for a pantry. Moving towards the helm station, you'll find a U-shaped sofa with dining table. And to the starboard side, a two-seater sofa. Behind the sofa, you'll have a pop-up TV with a full built-in surround sound entertainment system. And located beneath the sofa, there's additional storage for flatware. Moving forward in the salon to the starboard side, you'll find the helm station. You'll also notice two 16-inch Garmin displays, a side power bow thruster, the Volvo Penta controls, and the Volvo Penta joystick, as well as sliding windows in the starboard and portside to help make docking easier. While seated in the helm position, you'll notice an unobstructed 360-degree view from the extremely large windows. Moving down below deck, immediately to your starboard side, you'll notice a beautiful full-size head and shower that has access for a day head from the passageway and also access from the forward VIP cabin. As we move into the forward VIP, the first thing you'll notice is the configuration of the bed that can be set up two ways, as two singles or one double. With the bed also housing plenty of storage. To port and starboard, there are two really large windows that allow tons of natural lighting. On the starboard side, you have a full hanging closet with drawers. You also have a vanity. And on the forward bulkhead on the starboard side, you have a flat-screen TV. Moving aft, you'll notice the full beam master stateroom. With a beautiful light-bright interior by the windows on port and starboard side that both have opening portholes. In the middle of the cabin, you'll see a beautiful queen-size bed. On the port side, there's a beautiful two-seat sofa. On the starboard side, there is plenty of drawers and storage and also a his and hers closet. The master also highlights a generous entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV on the forward bulkhead. Adjacent to the bathroom, you'll notice the optional Millay wine fridge. This could also be replaced with a washer-dryer combo. The master cabin also has a full-size ensuite on the port side with a walk-in shower, vanity, and head. On the bow of this F45, you'll notice a huge sunpad area. This is a great area for people to hang out, relax, and get some sun. Moving up the staircase to the flybridge, you'll notice this beautiful entertaining area with a U-shaped seating aft with a table. Forward of that, you have a beautiful wet bar, electric grill, and refrigerated icebox. Covering this beautiful area is a retractable bimini top. Moving forward on the flybridge to the starboard side, you'll notice another beautiful, well-equipped helm station with two 16-inch garments, engine controls, and bow thruster, mirroring the one downstairs below in the salon. Princess does a fantastic job utilizing the space to make sure that whoever's running the boat is still included in the party. Power is absolutely no issue on this Princess. With twin Volvo IPS 650s that are rated at 480 horsepower apiece, this Princess cruises at 25 knots and has a top speed of over 30. With a fuel capacity of 343 gallons, this boat has a range of over 230 miles. This engine package also comes with a joystick for increased maneuverability for the owner-operator.
