Hi, it's Steve Gale, Sales Manager for HMY Yacht Sales, and we're at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show this morning, and I'm going to walk you through our feature-packed 93 Viking motor yacht. I don't know of another 93 or 90-foot motor yacht that has the size, the volume, the beam that this motor yacht has. You can easily seat 10 people back here very comfortably. You have a nice staircase going up to the flybridge from the aft deck, as well as an interior staircase. Full-service wet bar with icemaker, refrigerator. Of course, you have audio TV that falls down out of the ceiling. So now we'll take a walk through the interior of this incredible yacht. As we enter the salon, you see a very beamy, highly finished, beautiful interior. Wood floors, very comfortable, casual furniture. We have a television that's going to pop up out of a cabinet right here on the starboard side, and then formal dining for eight. And then you can see fit and finish is just typical Viking quality. We have sliding glass door entry to our fold-out balcony. This is a hydraulically operated balcony. You can lay it down, put out a couple of chairs, and then just enjoy the view from your side deck. As we walk forward, welcome to the country kitchen and informal dining space. Big sub-zero refrigeration units. We have Miele appliances. We have a Miele oven, a Miele microwave convection oven, Miele cooktop. Of course, we have a TV. Deep, deep pantry storage in this island cabinet. I'm just going to pull one of the drawers out so you can see. There's no lack of storage in this boat. It's just a ton of storage. And then on this level, the sink's outboard by the window. There's a trash compactor over on the port side as well. And then here is our day head. This services this entire deck. Really a nice, informal dining area of the boat. Okay, we're going to go down forward to the guest cabins. The master and the guests are separated in this yacht. You have four guest cabins forward and the master is accessed through a separate staircase in the salon. And we're going to head aft into the port side to our VIP queen. Very tastefully done. Beautiful decor. Easy access around both sides of the bed. The head is forward in this compartment with a nice size shower, big closet, drawers. And then to the starboard, we have another guest stateroom, twin bunks here, and then access to the head just forward of the stateroom. You don't have to come out of the stateroom to get into that head. So that's very convenient. So we go forward in this companionway. Washer dryer. Just as you come down the steps, it's right in front of you. Access is the whole forward part of the boat. And they're full size machines. Separate washer and dryer, not one of the combo units. And in the little linen closet just forward of it, keep your laundry supplies in here. As we head forward, we'll go into another queen VIP with its own head. Beautiful flat screen TV. A huge head. Big generous shower. Ton of light in this stateroom too. You have windows along the hull side that are behind silhouette shades. And then a big overhead hatch with access out, emergency access out with a solar shade over the top of it. So you have plenty of natural light pouring into the stateroom. It's beautiful. Very beamy, nice stateroom. And then an additional bunk room here to the starboard side. Twin berths with a port light closet. Alright, we'll go back up the staircase. And we're back in the salon now and we're going to enter the master stateroom. This is a private entrance to the master. We'll go down this staircase and the stateroom is gorgeous. Full beam, big windows. You've got a vanity desk, giant flat screen TV, and a dual sink head and a great walk-in closet. Okay, we'll go up to the flybridge. So we're back in our salon and we have two accesses to the flybridge. You have flybridge exterior. There's a staircase basically that'll take you up to the flybridge aft deck. If we're in the interior of the boat, we can take this beautifully crafted interior staircase. It's very, very well done and very unobtrusive. So we can go up this staircase. It's easy to navigate. The steps are plenty wide. And here we are on this incredible sky lounge. Just a great entertaining space. Huge L-shaped sofa. As you look aft, we have a little bar with three stools. The window is electrically operated. It rolls down. What a great spot to entertain. You've got exterior furniture out here. And then our full service wet bar. We have a grill out here. You could have a big party up here and entertain from the front to the back. There's a day head up in this sky lounge as well. It's over on the starboard side. Over our head is a movable skylight. This whole top will roll back. It's lit. And then Garmin flat screen monitors for every navigational function in the boat. We also have our OptiPlex system. We can operate all the electrical pumps, lighting, everything throughout the boats accessed through these screens. We have a screen here. We have a screen in the salon and one in the crew quarters as well. But plenty of seating here at the helm. You've got double Stid chairs port and starboard. Captain's seat right here. Center line. Great visibility from the helm. Just plenty of windows. Sight line to the bow is perfect. Just a very well laid out helm. It's nice and cool up here too. It's tons of air conditioning. Over on the starboard side, we have a TV that will pop out of this cabinet too. So we're going to watch our football games up here for sure. It's very comfortable. Okay, let's go back down to the aft deck and then we'll take a peek at the cruise quarters and engine room. We're coming out of the salon onto the aft deck. We're going to enter the cruise quarters through this access door in the wing. We're down in the cruise quarters on this 93 Viking and we have a stateroom to the starboard side with two bunks. We have a head here in the center and then a captain's quarters all the way over to the port side. It has a generous size berth. There's seating for a couple of people here as well. There is room for three and then entrance to the engine room is through this door here. We're going to walk through into our engine room and take a peek at this beautifully laid out engine space. These are MTU 12V2000s, 1945 horsepower. This is a boat that weighs over 200,000 pounds. What you hear in the background is generator. We're at a boat show. We don't have sufficient power to run everything so we're running the generator. But we've got twin 55 kW gensets, chill water air conditioning systems, dual compressors over here on the port side. And then our 12V2000s will push this boat 25, 26 knots on the pins, cruise all day very efficiently at 21. And it's a quiet, smooth, beautiful ride. I've been on this boat a couple of times for sea trials with customers and it is spectacular. Okay, we're back in the cruise quarters and we're going to head up to the swim platform now. We're back out on the aft deck and I'm going to ask Captain Marcus to open the trunk. This swim platform is hydraulic. It is submersible. You can keep a dinghy on the back, Sea-Doo, jet skis, launch whatever you have on your platform first and then slide out whatever toys you happen to store in here. Then access again to the engine room and cruise quarters through the transom door. That pretty much summarizes our walk through on this exciting new 93 Viking motor yacht. This one is spoken for, but we've got another one in the line that'll finish up here in the next few months. So give HMY Yacht Sales a call if you have any interest, you'd like to see this boat or the one that's at the factory, maybe a tour at the factory. We're available to help you. Thank you.
