Hi, my name is Vincent with HMY Yachts. Today we're looking at my newest listing, the 2019 44 Akila. Here's the first aft deck space. Plenty of room for you to hang out with your family and friends. This is a telescoping table. It'll actually lower down and you can put cushions on here. So this is actually an entire layout space for sun tanning. And then to my right is actually a bar that extends into the aft deck, which is a great feature on this boat. And if you want to stay in and get out of the weather, this simply pulls up like this, folds down, and that's it. Now you have a fully enclosed bar galley area. All right, and follow me to the furthest aft part of the boat. We have our tender. It's a rigid inflatable with a 30 horsepower Evinrude motor. Easily lowered in the water with this davit here. Makes it easy for you and your guests to island hop or go to any restaurants nearby the boat that you dock up to. Okay, if you can follow me into the salon area here now. On your immediate left is going to be your galley. It's fully equipped with oven, plenty of storage, deep sink here, more storage, and also right here, the fridge and freezer right here. Then coming forward, this is the full salon seating area. You have a pop-up TV right here and plenty of room for seating for lunch, dinner, or entertaining. This table also folds up like this to give you more space for entertaining and for moving around the table. And coming forward of the boat, you have the master stateroom. On the starboard side here, we have a hanging closet for all of your clothes, a vanity for the missus, and just plenty of overall storage on this side of the boat. And then flipping around to the other side, your TV, plenty of storage here and here for linens and towels. And moving into the master bath, we have a full stand-up shower that is separate from the toilet. And you can see here you have your sink and plenty of storage right there. Now following me down into the starboard side guest cabin. There's obviously plenty of headroom here. Your guests, I'm not sure if you can see it, but there is a TV on this side and plenty of storage in these cabinets here. You also have plenty of storage under here as well for provisioning or other blankets and things like that. We have the guest toilet, shower, sink, and more storage under here. And now following me down into the port side stateroom. This stateroom is a little bit larger. It can be considered the VIP on this boat. It's a little wider and obviously you have storage all over the place on this side. A larger TV. We have the port side guest shower and toilet. So now we're on the flybridge of the 2019 44 Aquila. And as you can see, plenty of more entertaining space up here. And here we have a grill, cutting board, and sink to prepare food up here for your guests. And moving forward, we have the helm station with all of your electronics and controls. Plenty of seating as well up here for guests when you are cruising. This is probably going to be the most comfortable place. A unique feature of a 44 Aquila is this amazing walkthrough coming down from the flybridge to the bow area of the boat. Plenty of room for entertaining again throughout here on the bow. You can place sun pads out here. There's seating on the port and starboard side.
