Hello, Dave Berard with HMY Yacht Sales, and we're on board the 92 fishing vessel Fala Me. We're going to do a walk through today. The boat's going to be offered for sale, and we'll start here in the cockpit and then make our way through the boat today. We have the large cockpit. The boat's 24 feet wide, so you have a lot of fishing area in the back. It transitions into the mezzanine. We come through the mezzanine area into the salon. We have a large couch, large dinette, and galley area. Walk through the boat, going down through the companionway. To your left, you have a huge master stateroom that has a his and hers head on either side, king-size bed, walk-in closet. From there, we come back forward, transition into the companionway again, and we go forward. We have two VIP areas, one forward and one to starboard. And to port, we have two guest areas. One could be used as a crew or guest. And then forward on the left side also is another guest stateroom that has two bunk beds in it. And then to go up on the flybridge, we also have a large seating area up top, which could be like a second salon area. It has a couch, TV, all the electronics, captain's chairs, very nice area up top. We also have the back area for driving the boat that has refrigeration for traveling, and most of your fishing will be done from out back on that back lazarette. There is seating there also that you can enjoy and watch what's going on in the cockpit area. We also have the tower area, I guess if you'd like to get a view of the whole boat, it's got a center ladder going up to the tower. You have controls from up there also. You have cruise quarters in the back with a head and shower. And then walking forward of the cruise quarters, you have a great expansive walk-in engine room that makes it nice to work on. And it's easy for everyone as far as maintaining. The follow me is a fantastic boat. It's been well taken care of. I don't think you find a finer vessel. Thank you for seeing the follow me today.
