Hi, I'm John Perry, I'm aboard a 40-foot Formula 2014. It started its life on Lake Erie and has been brought down here to South Florida. It's been a lift-kept boat. She's equipped with IPS 500 Volvo diesels, which gives you a very efficient fuel economy and a decent top-end speed of 40-plus miles an hour. The joystick docking very easily makes handling around the docks. The cabin on this boat has a very nice and open floor plan that allows to sleep six people. It has two convertible areas that sleep two people each, plus a separate master stateroom forward with closing doors. The boat is also painted with black Imron paint, which will not fade in the sun, that has a hydraulic swim platform, which allows for the launch and retrieval of your dinghy to be a simple process.
