Hello, I'm Mike Scalese with HMY Yachts and today I'd like to welcome you aboard the 2013 39 Tiara Convertible Alley Cat. Join me for an onboard tour and sea trial. Here we are in the custom teak laden cockpit of Alley Cat. On the forward bulkhead of the cockpit, we have our mezzanine style seating with engine room access beneath. Port side, there is a deep freeze for bait or food. You have a nice aluminum ladder with teak steps going up to the bridge. Beautiful transom live well, then a lift gate and dive door that will lead out to your swim platform. And on the starboard side forward, we have a tackle storage. Here we are in the main salon of Alley Cat. Immediately to port, we have a beautiful leather upholstered pullout sofa. A lot of natural light through big windows. All the flooring through the boat is real teak. On the starboard side, we have a beautiful dinette with high gloss teak table. Alley Cat has satellite TV and in the salon there is a large flat screen Samsung television with a Polk audio soundbar. Two steps down, the galley is appointed with everything a shipboard gourmet would require. Galley highlights include a deep stainless steel sink, two burner electric cooktop, excellent storage, sub-zero refrigerator freezer drawers and a microwave convection oven. Two more steps down from the galley and immediately to port is our head. The head is accessible from the hallway and it has private access through the master stateroom. Immediately to starboard is the first of two staterooms. This is our bunk bed stateroom. Lower bunk has excellent rod storage beneath, good closet space and climate controlled. Your master stateroom is all the way forward and features an island queen berth, natural light through an overhead hatch, hanging locker, cedar lined, individual climate controls, flat screen Samsung television and ample storage. We'll head up the gradual ladder up to the climate controlled flybridge of Alley Cat. There's a nice heavy lock in safety door so that nobody falls down the stairs once you're up here. We have twin Garmin multifunction displays that do chartplotter, radar and fish finder functions. Dual Pompanet helm chairs. As I mentioned the climate controlled, there's air conditioning or reverse cycle heat and a full four-sided Isinglass enclosure that does have zipper out panels for fresh air. Nice seating up here on the flybridge as well forward of the helm. Under this forward seat is a insulated drink box with a drain. Also up here on the bridge we have a premium Clarion audio system with fusion speakers and LED accent lighting. Down here in the engine room of Alley Cat, she's powered by twin 550 horsepower Cummins QSB diesel engines that produce 550 horsepower each.
