Welcome to Williams Island, the Florida Riviera, nestled on 84 acres in Aventura, Florida, and home to one of my new listings. My name is Eddie Monstra with HMY Yachts. Today we're aboard Silver Dolphin, a magnificent Princess V57 that is truly an exceptional sports yacht. She boasts an overall length of 57 feet and 4 inches, which is highlighted by a very sleek profile that is reminiscent of a speeding bullet. She'll turn heads pulling into any marina and will make her owner's neighbors green with envy on first glance. Built in England by Princess Yachts and delivered to original owner in 2013, she embodies a paradox of responsive power and exclusive luxury. We're going to start this walkthrough today at the hydraulic swim platform. Being at the platform fully engulfed in the water, you're given the opportunity to create your own beach aboard. Conveniently forward of the platform is a garage that houses a 10.5 Williams Jet Tender. Having both the garage and swim platform, you have the luxury option of having both the jet ski on the platform and a tender in the garage, or vice versa. As we make our way up the steps, notice the shower next to the steps where you can wash off and hop on the sundeck where you can catch some serious rays that help dry yourself off. Here on the port side of the cockpit, you have a shaded and comfortable U-shaped seating, which makes for romantic evening meals. Here on the starboard side is a full wet bar with grill, sink, and fridge, making this aft deck the ideal mezzanine for when you're between being inside and in the water. Before we make our way inside, notice the engine hatch located in the center of the cockpit. A sparkling clean engine room is a priority for the current owner. Silver Dolphin is powered by low-hour twin Volvo D13 engines with 800 horsepower each, making her cruise at 28 knots with a top end of 34 knots. Just aft is an 11 kilowatt Cummins Onan generator with roughly 300 hours. As we make our way inside of the boat, notice the triple sliding cockpit doors that open wide into the salon, which also has an expansive sunroof. However, if the weather should turn or the owner would prefer a more controlled environment, the salon is just as welcoming with the doors and sunroof tightly shut. One of my favorite features inside of the boat is the constant contrast of woods you'll see throughout. For example, here on the floors, you have a light satin finish, while on the sideboard, you have a nice glossy wood. Here you'll find bar storage as well as personal storage. Just above is a high-low 28-inch HD smart TV incorporated with a full Bose home theater system. The U-shaped dinette on the port side creates comfortable seating for all guests aboard. Additionally, here in the salon is an ice maker. Before making our way down below, we make a stop in the helm station. Two leather seats are put in arm's reach of all the navigation tools you need to get to your favorite destination safely. The helm is fully equipped with a Raymarine 12-inch GPS, Raymarine radar, compass, Raymarine VHF, Simrad autopilot, balanced turnthrottle, with an addition of joystick control to make docking at any slip that much easier. Headed down below, we find ourselves at the galley and lower salon. Immediately to port is the exclusive galley, where the head chef can find all necessities easily accessible. Right across the galley is this convenient lower dinette where you can hang out and give ideas for new recipes or enjoy an intimate dinner with your significant other. Forward in the VIP state room, you have the option of connecting the two single berths or you can separate them. All-around storage as well as a massive closet. The ensuite head is very spacious for your guests. This head shares a door with lower salon, making it accessible for the guest stateroom. In the guest stateroom are a pair of full-size adult bunks and wardrobes as well. Finally, at the master stateroom, where the beam of the boat is completely taken advantage for. The entire design in here is absolutely stunning. The layout in here combines comfortability and luxury for the owners. The accommodations of this vessel all have their own separate AC units, and of course, the VIP and master have their own entertainment control center. To finish the tour, we move forward towards the bow. Here, views are unobstructed as you sit back, relax, enjoy the winds, breeze through, as you toast to living your best life.
