2004 Bertram 51' Convertible MISS MINKS - For Sale with HMY Yachts

Hello, I'm Mike Scalisi with HMY Yacht Sales, and today I'd like to welcome you aboard the 2004 51 Bertram Miss Minx. Join me for an onboard tour and sea trial. The cockpit of Miss Minx is rigged for the best of both worlds. She features a cocktail table as the centerpiece, but that cocktail table also switches out to a rocket launcher when it comes time to fish. She has a transom live well that also doubles as a fish box. This is where the Eskimo ice chipper will dump. There's a swim platform, tuna door on the transom. On the forward bulkhead, you have a refrigerated drink box, sink and bait prep center, engine room access, and then a deep freeze for bait. You have your ladder leading up to the flybridge and a large oversized door with teak stairs that will bring us into the main salon. There are a lot of custom features that the current owner did to Miss Minx. Some of the ones out here in the cockpit include a full cockpit overhang shade that also flips up to a half shade. There are custom molded in JL audio speakers under the bridge overhang. There's a Garmin cockpit camera. You have some modified mezzanine style seating with cushions on top of your tackle center. Here in your main salon, you have your traditional convertible sportfish layout. You have an L-shaped seating area to port. You have a huge window on the aft bulkhead, so when you're sitting in the salon sofa, you can look right out through the cockpit window. To starboard, you have your audio visual components and storage. This boat features all new updated custom decor, new carpets, rich high gloss wood finish. As we move forward into the galley and dinette area, the dinette is just to starboard with a granite dinette table. Nice open layout between the salon and the galley. The galley features the granite countertops, lots of storage, deep porcelain sinks, nice big windows will let in a lot of natural light. Your galley features everything a shipboard gourmet would require for cooking up the day's catch. As we continue forward, three steps down will bring us to our lower accommodations. Immediately to starboard is the guest stateroom that features unique three bunk layout. So you have bunk beds outboard and then another single berth, flat screen TV, storage, hanging locker. To port is our master stateroom. The master stateroom features an island queen berth, tons of storage, an ensuite head, and updated audio visual components. Continuing forward, we have an over and under washer dryer just to port. To starboard across from that is the day head access to the second head. So the second head is accessible from the hallway and it's also accessible from the forward VIP. The forward VIP stateroom is in the four peak of the vessel and features a raised island queen berth. There's excellent storage, flat screen TV, and updated audio visual components. The ladder from the port side of the cockpit will lead us up to the expansive flybridge of Miss Minx. The flybridge sole has a custom indoor outdoor wet dry carpeting. All the fabrics have been updated with ultra leather. The helm on Miss Minx has all been updated with state of the art Garmin electronics. You have two 8617 Garmin multifunction displays, dual VHF radios, ZF tournament style controls. Eisenglass has all been updated. Just forward of the helm, you have a huge U-shaped seating area. 360 degree views and the Eisenglass curtain forward opens up to let in the fresh tropical breezes. The bow on Miss Minx is also set up for both fishing and cruising. The cruising features up here include a fully rebuilt hydraulic davit and a spot to store a rigid bottom inflatable tender. Your bow rails offer safety when transiting up to the bow to handle lines and you have a windlass and capstan to control your anchor. The 1300 horse man engine package on Miss Minx offers blistering speeds in excess of 35 knots. Miss Minx offers a rare 1300 horse man engine package that was the largest engine package available in this particular year model. She only has 1650 original hours. Some other engine room features and highlights include a brand new 17.5 kW generator, Onan, installed in 2018. The Eskimo ice chipper and water maker.
