Welcome to the HMY Yacht Sales office here in Dania Beach, Florida. I'm Mike Scalisi. I'd like to take a minute to show you one of my listings here located on site. I'm on board Uncorked. She's a 2000 model 45 Cabo. Join me for an onboard tour. In 1997 when the 45 Cabo was introduced, she was named Boating Magazine's Boat of the Year. Here we are up in the tower. She has electronic controls, updated Furuno electronics. It's a great vantage point for the captain for navigation purposes and also to quarterback the activity back here in the cockpit. Here in the cockpit, she's rigged for hardcore offshore action. She has twin macerated fish boxes, transom live well, custom teak decks and teak covering boards, great tackle storage. Forward in the cockpit here, we have a deep freezer, sink and bait prep center and engine room access. She also has a custom rocket launcher. All the features needed for a good day offshore. Here we are in the climate controlled helm deck of Uncorked. You can see the updated Furuno electronics. That was all part of a $200,000 refit in 2017. She features triple Furuno 3D NavNet monitors and a secondary Furuno depth sounder. The satellite television is wired into the Furuno system so while at the helm during times of relaxation, you can watch television through your Furuno monitor. We have nice L-shaped seating to port. All the soft goods were recovered. Pedestal pilot and co-pilot helm seats, nice custom teak deck and an upgraded highly customized sound system. Fully enclosed with Eisenglass and air conditioning, the helm deck offers a great place to sit back, relax and escape the heat. One of the great things about the 45 Cabo is in addition to being an offshore fishing machine, she has equally impressive lower accommodations. Just a few steps down from the helm deck, down here in the main salon, she features galley to starboard and salon seating to port. The interior was also upgraded as part of the 2017 refit. All soft goods were redone, the sofa was re-covered and a double wide pullout sofa was added that comfortably sleeps two. Check out this galley. You have a nice deep sink, Corian countertops, solid teak cabinetry, dual burner electric cooktop, not just one refrigerator but two and over here you have a huge drop in chest freezer. Perfect for cooking up your catch of the day. Also in the salon, all the audio visual components were upgraded. Flat screen TV, satellite television and surround sound. Another nice feature on the 45 Cabo layout is the private master stateroom forward with direct access to a full head. The onboard full head offers ample storage, full size shower and vacu-flush head. Master stateroom highlights include an island queen berth, dual hanging lockers, ample storage drawers plus storage under the bed and outboard forward rod storage. Uncorked is powered by a pair of 800 horsepower MAN engines. Her engine room is clean and well laid out and has received meticulous maintenance over the years.
