So you're looking at our brand new engines here. What yacht can replace two brand new engines, two generators in 40 days? Welcome to Motor Yacht Taillights. So you can see right over here, the two brand new engines, navy gray, which is really cool. These are from a commercial navy contract. And we actually got them out by taking out this wall right over here. This fiberglass wall was taken out. All the plumbing was removed. Everything was taken out and put back together like nothing ever happened. And you can see on our port and starboard side, we have our two new generators as well. New Kohler generators. So we're just going to make sure everything's good, do a quick check of the engine room, waiting for our mechanic to come on board, then we'll start these bad boys up and get rocking and rolling. We are on generator, Shane. Alright, so the moment of truth. We're going to start our main engines for our first semi tow or trial over the Hall of Fame Marina. So we're going to start here on our port side and do a little 3-2-1 and make history happen. Motor Yacht Taillights, refit 2024. One engine down, one to go. Two for two. We're rocking and rolling. Check our steering indicators, make sure everything's good there. Shane, just tell me which way you want me to thrust when you're ready. So we're here on Motor Yacht Taillights leaving the yard after a 2024 refit. And most boats come into a yard every year. They sit there for a month, two months, three months. They work on a couple of little projects. You have one or two vendors hopping on and off the boat, but not the way I do things. We did this refit, a nine month refit, literally in 47 days door to door. 47 days from nine months of a complete refit, including our main engines, brand new generators, brand new chiller, complete superstructure paint job, and a punch list of over 290 items. The refit was a major refit, probably the biggest refit I've worked. And especially to get it done in about 30 days is mind blowing. The biggest struggle for sure was all the vendors. I think there were times that we had 50 plus people on board. So yeah, just trying to coordinate with the vendors and where we can be and who's working where and just being as efficient as possible. And the Alea has been here helping out a lot, especially these past couple of weeks. He's been here managing all the vendors, which has been a major help so that Shane and I can focus on all the deck stuff. My favorite part about Lee is that he is one of a kind of an owner that is not afraid to get his hands dirty and will help me and help the captain and help the deckhand complete any tasks that we need help with. Currently being towed down the river to Hall of Fame Marina. At least now we'll be able to go as we please and come back to the dock as we please. But I have to say it was a true success and I'm proud to be a part of it and proud to support the team as the owner of Motor Yacht Taillights.
