Triton

2500-2690 Center Console

2001–08

Triton 2500-2690 Center Console
The Triton 2690 Center Console (called the 2500 Center Console in 2001–02) was the largest model in the Triton fleet for several ears. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a sharp bow entry and wide 9-foot beam, the 2690 is a big 26-footer with the cockpit dimensions (and range) of many larger boats. A walk-in head compartment was standard and instead of the molded bow seating found in many modern center console boats, the 2690 has a full-width casting deck forward with insulated fish/storage lockers under. Standard features include an integrated swim/dive platform, two-man helm seat with rod holders, under-gunnel rod storage, 35-gallon transom livewell, bait prep station, recessed bow rails, transom shower, trim tabs, built-in tackle drawers, transom fish/storage boxes, cockpit bolsters, lockable dash box, raw-water washdown, transom door, molded bow pulpit, cockpit lights, gunnel rod holders, anchor locker. A good-looking boat with high bow freeboard, the 2690 was a popular model for Triton during her production years. She’ll reach a top speed of close to 40 knots with twin 150hp outboards.
