Striper 2901 Walkaround

The Striper 2901 Walkaround is a popular hardtop fishing boat whose versatile layout and roomy interior are well suited for entertaining and family cruising. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide 10'5" beam, the 2901 WA is a big 29-footer with one of the larger cockpits in her class. The walk-through windshield is a useful touch, especially since the walkways around the cabin are none too wide. Note that a pilothouse version of the Striper 2910 with a fully enclosed or semi-enclosed helm was optional. Standard features include a molded bow pulpit with roller, 38-gallon livewell, built-in tackle storage, in-deck fish boxes, foldaway transom seat, transom door, molded cockpit steps, gunnel rod holders (4), cockpit rod storage, raw-water washdown, trim tabs, and transom shower. The 2901 was offered with several sterndrive or outboard power options. No lightweight, she’ll reach a top speed of 36–38 knots with twin Yamaha 225 outboards.
