EDITOR NOTES: Affordable walkaround cuddy boasts a seaworthy hull, efficient cockpit layout, and overnighting capabilities for two. Good cabin headroom for a 23-footer. Lots of standard equipment including livewell, pulpit, trim tabs. Note grudging 6-gallon water supply. Fuel increased in outboard model in 2002. Tops out in the mid 40s with single 225hp Yamaha; high 40s with single 280hp Volvo 5.7L sterndrive.
