South Carolina-based Sea Fox specializes in the market for value-priced fishing boats, and the 286 Center Console succeeds in delivering a lot of boat for the money. Pros: Clean styling, lots of seating, seaworthy deep-V hull, low price. Cons: So-so finish, inexpensive materials, lightweight construction. Bottom line: As usual, no manufacturer stretches a boating dollar further than Sea Fox.
