The Scout 425 LXF (called the 420 LXF until 2019) is a luxury-class sportfishing vessel boasting Scout's unique blend of stepped-hull performance and upscale amenities. The layout features cushioned bow seating area with with an electrically actuated table that recesses into the cockpit sole. There are two rows of seating at the helm; three captain’s seats forward and a row of aft-facing seats on the mezzanine deck overlooking the cockpit. The 425 LXF has a unique leaning post setup with an electrically actuated drawer cooler, a summer kitchen complete with grill, sink and cutting board, and stow-away swivel barstools. Below, the cabin includes twin berths forward with drop-down table, galley, and enclosed head with stall shower. Standard features include twin 40-gallon livewells, transom door, portside boarding door, two in-deck fish boxes, powder-coated hardtop with curved glass enclosure, joystick system, windlass, generator, and air conditioning. Options include a gyrostabilizer, underwater LED lights, and a retractable awning. Big, bold and luxurious, quad 350hp outboards cruise at 30+ knots (about 60 knots top).
