277 LXF
2019–Current
An affordable boat with excellent lines, the Scout 277 LXF is a multipurpose center console designed for family fishing and cruising. The 277 comes loaded with standard features including a powder-coated hardtop, a portside dive door, forward seating with removable backrests, foldaway transom bench seat, and cockpit bolsters. Access to the console is through a side entry door and includes a porcelain head and a porthole for ventilation. Side windshield panels offer weather protection at the helm, and the 277’s dash panel has space for two large video displays. The doublewide helm seat has drop-down bolsters and armrests. Standard fishing features include a 20-gallon aft recirculating livewell in port corner of the transom, in-deck fish boxes in the cockpit, and under-gunnel stowage for rods. An optional leaning post on the back side of the helm seats includes a bait prep station, sink and tackle drawers. Recessed bow rails reduce snags, and the outboard platform has plenty of room for swimming and diving. The anchor locker can house an optional windlass. Powered with twin 200hp Mercury outboards, the 277 LXF can reach a top speed of 45 knots.
