The 242 Abaco is based on the design of the popular 235 Sportfish. The 242 has a finely appointed cabin that includes a built in head, gas stove, sink, large v-birth, and plenty of storage. The 242 Abaco utilizes the same cockpit as the 235 with the same functional baitwell/tackle prep station and large fishbox. A unique helm layout and full windshield provide protection and comfort. EDITOR NOTES: Top-quality express splits the difference between family cruiser and serious fishboat. Many quality features including wide gunwales, bait-prep station, three fish boxes, illuminated livewell. Well-appointed interior offers genuine comfort and amenities. Note removable stern seat/wave gate, foldout beverage holders at helm. Relatively light 24-footer reaches 40+ mph with just a single Yamaha 225 outboard. Not an inexpensive ride.
