Salt Shaker

300 Center Console

1988–2008

Salt Shaker 300 Center Console
Founded in 1977, the Salt Shaker name has long been associated with its line of custom aluminum towers and T-tops as well as the construction of some very high-quality custom fishing boats. The Salt Shaker 300 has been built since 1986 as a limited-edition center console/cuddy designed for the sportfishing purist. Each boat is customized to meet the individual needs of the owner, and the quality and attention to detail are on a par with the best in the industry. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with reverse chines, a relatively wide beam and full foam flotation, the deck layout of the Salt Shaker is arranged with bench seating forward of the console and a small cabin at the bow with a V-berth and overhead rod storage. Standard fishing amenities include two in-deck fish boxes, a circular livewell, custom bait trays and a saltwater washdown. There are two large storage lockers, one forward of the console in the cockpit sole and another under the console itself. Additional features include a bow pulpit, lockable electronics storage, trim tabs, and a full-width swim platform. One of the first large center console boats produced, the Salt Shaker will cruise in the high 20s with twin 250hp outboards and top out in excess of 40 knots.
