The Sailfish 290 CC (called the 2860 CC in 2008–12) is a high-end fishing machine whose luxury-class amenities and sophisticated construction are a match for the best boats in her class. Built on a variable deadrise deep-V hull with an integrated transom and moderate 9-foot beam, the 2860’s tall bow height gives her more freeboard forward than some 40-footers.
