R260 Center Console
2004–14
Robalo builds a serious fishboat and they’re not inexpensive. That's especially true of the R260 Center Console, a tournament-grade fishing machine loaded with high-end features. Built on a Kevlar-reinforced hull with aggressive transom deadrise and a wide 9-foot beam, the R260 is bigger than most other 26-footers. Robalo really gets it when it comes to cockpit layouts. The foredeck features a cushioned seating area with a table; remove the cushions and add the filler to make a large casting deck just below the recessed bow rail. The bow also includes three insulated, locking fish boxes on hydraulic lifts, one in-deck and two integrated into the casting platform. A foldaway rear seat frees up cockpit space when fishing, and the console head compartment contains a VacuFlush toilet, sink, and shower. Standard features include a leaning post with flip-up bolster and cooler, bait prep center with cutting board and removable bait box, full cockpit bolsters, cockpit toe rails, and storage for 20 rods (6 lockable). A great open-water ride, twin Yamaha 225 outboards reach close to 45 knots top.
