2660 Cuddy Cabin

1986–96

Robalo 2660 Cuddy Cabin
One of the larger offshore trailerable fishing boats, Robalo’s 2660 Cuddy had one of the longest production runs of any boat in her class. She was the top-of-the-line model in the Robalo fleet for many years and, like any successful walkaround design, the 2660 presents a balance of good fishing capabilities and efficient cabin accommodations. Built on a foam-filled deep-V hull with a fiberglass inner liner, the traditional outboard well and squared-off windshield of the 2660 give her a dated appearance compared with modern walkaround designs. The cockpit—large enough to comfortably accommodate a couple of anglers—comes with a pair of removable in-deck fish boxes, an aerated livewell, raw water washdown, tackle storage, recessed rod holders and a fresh-water shower. Below, the cabin sports a convertible dinette, small galley pod and an enclosed head. New deck tooling in 1994 repositioned the cabin further forward, increasing cockpit space as well as cabin headroom, and fishboxes were added beneath the pedestal seats. A good performer thanks to her narrow beam, twin 200hp outboards reach a top speed of around 40 knots.
