3200 Bowrider
2013–17
The Regal 3200 Bowrider is a big open-bow cruiser designed for daytime fun on the water. Thirty-foot-plus bowriders were becoming increasingly popular in 2013 when the 3200 was introduced. With seating for over a dozen guests and the ability to handle open water with ease, the appeal of these family-sized fun machines has only grown in recent years. Actually, Regal claims that the 3200 has seating and lounge space for 18 people. It starts at the bow where Regal designers passed on the horseshoe lounge found on most bowriders for doublewide forward-facing seats with backrests built into the consoles. With an aft-facing bench along the tip of the bow, up to six people to can sit comfortably up front. The doublewide concept continues in the cockpit for the helm and passenger seating—each has a flip-up bolster. A marine head (or Porta-Potti) resides in the port console compartment that doubles as a changing room. Perhaps the best features are the twin 6-position lounges that sit on either side of the transom walkthrough. In-floor stowage capacity is cavernous with ski lockers forward and aft. Twin 300hp Volvo sterndrives cruise at 24–26 knots (low 40s top).
