Queenship
68 Raised Pilothouse
1998–2001
The Queenship 68 is one of several pilothouse models available in Queenship’s Admiralty series of semi-custom motor yachts and cockpit motor yachts. Running from 61 to 70 feet in length, Admiralty models are available in several pilothouse layouts with conventional inboard power as well as optional jet or surface drive propulsion systems. With her wide beam and full-width salon, the Queenship 61 is a spacious and extremely comfortable yacht below with beaujpgul high-gloss cherry woodwork, Corian countertops, and top-quality fabrics and furnishings. Because the salon is open to the helm, visibility from the wheelhouse is very good. There are three staterooms on the lower level along with a washer and dryer off the corridor between the guest cabins. The 68’s huge lazarette can be fitted out as crew quarters, and the extended flybridge provides weather protection for the very large aft deck. Additional features include a spacious walk-in engine room, port and starboard transom staircases, centerline helm stations, pilothouse deck doors, and an integral swim platform. A good performer, 800hp Cat diesels cruise the Queenship 68 at 22 knots, and optional 1,200hp MANs cruise around 27 knots.
