ST 310 Sport
2011–15
Pursuit defines the ST 310 as a Sport Tender, a description generally applied to support boats for luxury charter yachts. That said, the ST 310 is a uniquely versatile boat with a layout well-suited for day cruising and entertaining as well as casual fishing activities. Built on an aggressive deep-V hull with wraparound bow seating, three (not two) people can sit at the helm. A refrigerator drawer under the helm seat pulls out to the side, and the ST 310’s curved, triple-wide windscreen provides excellent protection from wind and spray. An extended hardtop—supported by powder-coated stanchions—shelters much of the cockpit. The head/change room is the largest to be seen in a boat this size. An anchor winch under the foredeck deploys a plow anchor just below the stemhead. Standard features include a bait prep station with sink, flip-up helm seat, 20-gallon livewell (in helm seat), tackle center, aft-facing cockpit seat, rear bench seat, cockpit bolsters, and an in-deck fish box. On the downside, the gunnel-mounted hardtop will be a deal-breaker for serious anglers. A heavily built boat, the Pursuit ST 310 tops out at 45+ knots with twin Yamaha F300 outboards.
