Pursuit Yachts
S 428 Sport
2020–Current
Part offshore fishing boat and part family cruiser, the size, power and amenities built into the Pursuit S 428 make her one of the most versatile — and luxurious — big center consoles on the water. Fishing features include multiple rod holders, leaning post with tackle storage and bait prep areas, gunnel rod holders, large fridge and freezer boxes, and a big cockpit with aft-facing mezzanine seating. Twin 36-gallon livewells on the transom flank a 68-gallon refrigerated fish box, and there’s a second row of powered, convertible seats under the extended hardtop. Below, the spacious and tastefully finished cabin provides plenty of light thanks to the innovative cabin and hull side windows. An enclosed head/shower at the foot of the companionway steps features full standing headroom, and the forward dinette converts easily into adult-sized V-berths. There's also a 32-inch TV, food-prep counter, microwave oven and hardwood flooring. Additional features include an extended sun shade, bow thruster and hydraulic hullside beach platform. Designed around quad Yamaha 425 hp XTO engines, the S 428 will cruise at 26–28 knots (50 knots top).
