S 408 Sport

Pursuit’s contribution to the 40-foot, yacht-class center console market, the S 408 Sport is a big hybrid 42-footer designed for offshore fishing, entertaining and luxury day cruising. The spacious cockpit, comfortable forward lounging area, and roomy step-down cabin offer big-game fishermen and families alike exceptional center console versatility. A triple-seat helm arrangement provides plenty of room to enjoy operating the boat with friends and family nearby, and the uncluttered cockpit comes complete with an aft-facing mezzanine seat, hull side dive door, lighted 44-gallon transom livewell and insulated fish box. A transom rigging station with tackle storage doubles as an outdoor kitchen with Corian cutting board, electric grill, sink with hot and cold water faucet, and refrigerator/freezer with digital thermostat controlled from the cabin. A portside transom door opens to the stern platform which extends well aft on each side of the motors in a design unique to Pursuit. Below, a well-appointed cabin with hardwood flooring offers wraparound seating that concerts to a V-berth, enclosed head and full-service galley. Triple F350 outboards cruise at 28–30 knots (low 40s top).
