2700 Sportsman

Introduced in 1993, the Pro-Line 2700 Sportsman is a full-transom center console with a mega-wide 9'10" beam—one of the biggest 27-footers on the water even by today’s standards. Like most Pro-Lines of her era, the Sportsman was heavily built on a solid fiberglass hull with a flared bow and relatively high freeboard. The wide beam results in tons of cockpit and storage space as well as a wide helm console. Standard features include an integral bow pulpit, bow casting deck, forward seating with storage under, transom livewell, transom bait prep station with sink and cutting board, console head/storage compartment with shower, rear bench seat, forward console seat with cooler, cockpit bolsters, leaning post with rocket launchers, rod storage racks, three in-deck fish boxes (two aft, one forward), built-in tackle drawers, fresh and saltwater washdowns, and transom door. Note wood-free construction beginning in 1995. No lightweight (and not especially fuel efficient), the 2700 Sportsman tops out at close to 40 knots with twin Yamaha 225s.
