Parker
2801 Center Console
2000–Current
The Parker 2801 is a full-transom fishing boat with conservative lines, a deep-V hull, and a wide 9'8" beam. Construction is solid fiberglass, and the Parker’s spacious, single-level deck layout offers unobstructed 360-fishability. A competitive price has long made the Parker 2801 an appealing boat for anglers with an eye for value. Out of production in 2006, she was reintroduced in 2012 with a transom door and an enlarged console with walk-in head compartment with Porta-Potti. Standard features include an Armstrong outboard bracket, anchor locker, 30-gallon livewell (under helm seats), transom fish box, forward seating with storage under, hydraulic steering, recessed footrest, raw-water washdown, forward console seat, gunnel rod holders (4), trim tabs, cockpit lights, cockpit rod storage, toe rails, and dive ladder. Options include a factory T-top with electronics box, bow pulpit with anchor roller, leaning post with removable backrest, cockpit bolsters, and a fresh water system. Just over 40 knots top with Yamaha 225s. Newer models with F300 Yamahas reach close to 50 knots wide open.
