264 Center Console

Mako Yachts 264 Center Console
With the power and heft to handle offshore conditions, the 264 CC is heavily built, good looking, and tournament capable. Where the original Mako 264 produced in the early 1990s had a narrow 8'6" beam, the updated 264 has a 9'2" beam resulting in considerably more deck space. With twin in-floor fish boxes, dual livewells (leaning post and transom), large forward fish box, storage beneath both forward seats, and a spacious console head compartment, the 264 has one of the better cockpit layouts in its class. The forward seats house insulated coolers, and the flush cockpit sole runs all the way forward between the seats where the walk-in slot provides a safe, deep bow area for handling dock lines or fighting a fish. The console seat has a small, self-draining beverage locker hidden under the hinged cushion. There’s good space at the helm to mount electronics where there’s also a tempered glass windshield, convenient drink holders and a storage bin. A fold-out rear seat and cockpit bolsters were standard. With nearly 200 gallons of fuel, the 264 CC has good range. On the downside, fit and finish is poor. Twin 200hp outboards reach a top speed of 40–45 knots.
