Invincible 42 Open
The Invincible 42 Open and here sistership, the 42 Center Cabin, have been among the elite big center consoles available in recent years. Built on a Michael Peters-designed hull with twin steps, the single-level deck of the 42 Open provides a full 360 degrees of unobstructed fishability. Fishing amenities include 53-gallon transom livewell and 64-gallon well under aft cockpit sole, five in-deck fish lockers, deluxe leaning post with rocket launchers and mezzanine seating, hardtop rod holders, and five vertical rod holders on each side of the console. For overnighting, the step-down cabin with teak trim includes a convertible V-berth/dinette, L-shaped galley with sink and microwave, storage cabinet, and head with shower. A hull side dive door and large coffin box are popular options. Note the fold-down jump seats at the transom corners and the two-person lounger with fold-down armrests on the forward console. Beaujpgul fit and finish, state of the art construction, and exceptional open-water performance combine to make the Invincible 42 one of the outstanding big center consoles on the market. Offered with triple or quad outboards, triple Yamaha F350s reach a top speed of nearly 60 knots.
