2500 Vector Center Console

2005–11

Heavily built, dry and secure in a chop, the Hydra-Sports Vector 2500’s aggressive bow entry and transom deadrise make this midsize center console well-suited for offshore runs. Two notable features of the Hydra-Sports 2500 CC are her large bow casting platform and large console. Despite the big console however, the walkways on either side are surprisingly wide thanks to the generous 8'10" beam. There’s a 35-gallon livewell on the transom, plus another 40 gallons of capacity available when opting for the bait station with tackle storage and prep center. A T-top was standard and the drop-down seats at the helm have bolsters. The console houses an electric toilet and full standing headroom in addition to excellent access to the rear of the electronics. The 2500 has a near infinity of places to put things with lockers and drawers inserted wherever there is spare room. On the downside, under-deck storage is missing and bilge access is problematic. The 2500 CC is one of the few center consoles in class that has Kevlar in her keel. Twin F200 Yamaha deliver a top speed in the neighborhood of 45–50 knots.
