Heritage East 42 Sundeck
Part trawler and part motor yacht, the Heritage East 42 Sundeck rides on a solid fiberglass semi-displacement hull with a full-length keel and wide 14-foot, 6-inch beam. As 42-footers go, the Heritage is a roomy boat below with large staterooms, plenty of storage, and a wide-open salon. The standard galley-down floorplan has a full dinette opposite the galley, while an optional galley-up layout offers a separate stall shower in the forward head and a walkaround queen berth in the guest stateroom. Both floorplans feature a full teak interior as well as a sliding deck door at the helm and space for a washer/dryer combo. Topside, the flybridge is arranged with the helm forward and guest seating aft. A hardtop shelters the aft deck, and wide side decks provide safe access to the bow. Additional features include a bow pulpit, teak-and-holly cabin soles, hinged radar arch, a large engine room, and a swim platform. Twin 220hp Cummins diesels cruise at 8–9 knots.
