Dual consoles are hot sellers these days thanks to their versatile layout and “do-anything” personality. Part fishing boat and part day cruiser, the Edgewater 280 CX is a luxury-class dual console whose spacious walk-in cabin—with galley, head with marine toilet, flat-screen TV, and sleeping berth—is unlike any other boat in her class. Two doublewide jump seats fold out from the transom, and another bench folds out from the portside gunwale creating a conversation area. There’s also aft-facing seating to port that houses a removable cooler.
