Sold fully equipped and ready to cruise, the Cutwater 30 Sedan is a single-diesel pilothouse cruiser with the utilitarian character of the company’s Ranger Tug line but with the cruising features expected in a sedan cruiser. An all-glass door, six overhead hatches, and opening side windows flood the interior with natural light, providing excellent visibility and ventilation. Below the salon floor, under the settee, is a small guest cabin with a double berth, stowage space, and two port lights. The forward stateroom features an island double berth and direct access to the head, complete with a separate shower stall. An innovative feature of the Cutwater 30 is the port and starboard cockpit settees that fold outboard to seat four, preserving deck space. The transom seat adjusts to face forward or aft, and bow and stern thrusters help with docking. The hull bottom features a skeg keel to improve tracking and protect the running gear. A single 370hp Volvo D6 diesel inboard will cruise at 15–18 knots with a top speed in the mid 20s. Note that the 30 Command Bridge is the same boat with a retractable flybridge that folds down for trailering.
